Two Receptacles are offset to accept power cords with oversized plug-in/transformers to accommodate cell phones and PDAs. It includes two grounded receptacles each with child safety locks. It has a 12 AMP rating with 45 degree offset plug and a 10' 14-3 power cord. The unit mounts in a 5-1/4" x 1-7/8" cutout.
