Capable of carrying most 50" and some 60" flat panel TV’s with a total carrying capacity of 120lb. Each lift has a 120v power outlet, which automatically shuts off power to TV when lift is lowered. All lifts also have safety thermal overload protection when the unit is in use. Built in pressure safety device 4-gear rack-pinion drive for stability smooth operation. Proven reliability & nearly silent operation with a robust built in wire management chain. A radio frequency remote included for daily operation along with manual controls for on/off and up/down operation. The lift has a built in adjustable limit switch, which will automatically shut off when the lift reaches the adjustable open and close height. Each TV lift ships fully assembled. Each unit comes with one IR and one RF operation 120v receptacle. The electronic panel has a 120-volt power cord, fuse and manual switches.

Minimum case opening front to back is 9.5" and the shipping box dimensions are approximately 440" (l) x 44" (w) x 13" (h); 3.3 cu. ft. and 90 pounds per unit. Each lift is UL & cUL listed.
